Description: Marcatects has designed and completed three major additions to the existing Meadowbrook Integrated Health Care Community. These projects include the Windmill Commons and Administration Building, an indoor pool and community recreation facility featuring a retractable roof for open-air swimming, and a four-story assisted living tower with 66 residential units, common areas, and structured parking.
