Description: Located in the Clairemont Mesa community, Madison High School is undergoing a comprehensive modernization to revitalize its 47-acre campus.
The project includes renovations to the administration building and classroom buildings 100–400, reconfigured to maximize instructional space. Upgrades also extend to the gymnasium and athletic facilities, including a new concession/restroom building and adjacent sports storage.
Athletic improvements feature a new softball field, an enhanced baseball field with practice pitching areas, a new artificial turf multi-purpose field, and a dedicated discus field. Minor landscaping between classroom buildings will improve aesthetics and functionality.
Campus safety is being enhanced with new perimeter fencing, upgraded lighting, and infrastructure for future security cameras. In Phase II, 26 aging portable classrooms will be removed, opening up space and improving the overall learning environment.
