Description: The Pedder Hyundai of Poway project focuses on enhancing the dealership’s exterior and select interior areas to align with Hyundai’s latest corporate image standards. The scope includes upgrading the building’s façade and architectural finishes, with no increase to the existing building area.

A key component of the exterior renovation is the removal of a portion of the existing canopy to create a cleaner, more contemporary appearance. Limited interior improvements were also made to refresh customer-facing spaces and support the brand’s modern identity.

These updates bring the facility into compliance with Hyundai’s current branding guidelines while improving the overall visual impact and customer experience.
