Description: The Renaissance Homeowner Association Lobby project involved a minor addition to the existing lobby, mail room, and elevator access areas. The scope required careful coordination due to the structural modifications within an occupied residential building.

Work included the demolition of existing planters and a portion of a structural wall to improve circulation. The new opening was reinforced with steel columns and an existing concrete lintel to ensure structural stability.

A redesigned front entrance façade presents a refreshed and modern aesthetic, enhancing the building’s street presence and providing a more inviting entry for residents and visitors.
